Heat the pot and add the oil. Using a stainless steel saucepan will make your cooking experience easier and the process quicker.
- Saute aromatics: garlic to a golden brown, followed by ginger and onion (to translucent), and finally tomato.
- Bring in the fish and cover the saucepan for 2 minutes.
- Now, pour in the water. Boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Take the Sinigang sa Miso Mix packet and pour its content into the saucepan. Also, add the yellow wax pepper or Siling Haba with the ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Put the fish sauce and Mustasa. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

- Serve hot.
