    Heat the pot and add the oil. Using a stainless steel saucepan will make your cooking experience easier and the process quicker.

    • Saute aromatics: garlic to a golden brown, followed by ginger and onion (to translucent), and finally tomato.
    • Bring in the fish and cover the saucepan for 2 minutes.
    • Now, pour in the water. Boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
