Step by Step Instruction on How to Cook Adobong Sitaw with Pork

  1. The Adobong Sitaw Cooked with Pork Procedure

    Let’s start by cooking the pork with a small amount of water in ten minutes.

    • Put the pork and water in the saucepan.
    • Cook until the water reduces or dries up. Remove the pork from the saucepan.
    • Proceed by pouring the oil.
    • Saute the aromatics as usual: garlic to a golden brown, onion to its translucent state, tomato until it softens.
    • Put back the meat in the saucepan stirring it with the aromatics.
    • Pour in all the liquid ingredients and boil.
    • Put in the bay leaf, ground black pepper. Simmer for ten minutes.
    • Finally, add the Sitaw (Yardlong Beans). Simmer for three to five minutes.
