To imply the name visually, cooking Fried Rice with Egg is not merely scrambling the egg then frying the plain rice separately in hot oil, later slapping them together.

Although technically, you can do that, it’s not how we make it more palatable.

Instead, it’s a seemingly artful combination of ingredients to make it more healthy and enjoyable to consume, even if the rice you are using is one of the leftovers from the dinner you had the night before.

Of course, this post isn’t just about the simple way of cooking fried rice. No!

Here, you will learn the easy but top-level way of preparing the homemade dish you’ve been craving to eat.

Good to have any time of the day, i.e., breakfast, lunch, dinner. And it can either be a stand-alone dish (since it’s already packed with protein, carbs, vitamins, and minerals) or have it as an accompaniment to other fried or BBQ dishes. An example of it is our fried Homemade Daing na Bangus.

Serve it with Atchara and some more of that chopped cucumbers and tomatoes on the side, and you’ll have a fantastic meal!

In my opinion, once you’ve become familiar with Hearty Tongue’s easy recipe, you can invent your very own variety of Fried Rice with Egg.
